I can tell by the VARIETY and DEPTH of topics you cover that you do a great deal of thought and research. I personally like to take little tid bits of each newsletter and try to apply it in my life. I stopped and then started doing that and I've lost 3 lbs in 1 month with giving up very little. Your fitness regimen is second to none. You push me to the very best of my ability and I always benefit, with regards to weight loss, muscle gain, and overall body fat loss...with your workouts. I will continue to use you in the future. If you are serious about results then you need to see Curtis. Curtis pushes me in achieving the best results I’ve ever had, and I’m a guy who has consistently worked out 3-4 times a week.
