"I had never thought of using a personal trainer before because I already drive myself hard.
But Curt brings something else into the picture. As an exceptionally driven athlete himself, he recognizes that same intensity in me and helps me focus it. I like to train myself and I train hard.
Now I know that it would be nearly impossible to train alone and aspire to the same rewards that I have experienced in the last four years with Curt.
What separates the great personal trainer from the good trainer, I think, is the ability to glean from all of the knowledge currently available concerning fitness that which is specifically tailored to each individuals needs. "Curtis is a friend that changed my life. I used to be a skinny little intimidated guy that never weighed over 70Kg (around 160 lb.) and I'm 6'4" of course no teenager wants to be that tall and have a girl's body right?
Anyhow, back in the days when I used to be his roomate, I used to envy him and his clients that he introduced me to for their lean muscular bodies. So what did I do? I acted, instantly, and asked for his help. You don't want to know how happy Curtis was when I told him that I want to have a Stronger, Healthier, and Better body. The fact that we lived together for a while helped a of course, because he knew what kind of food I consumed, how many meals I ate per day, and how many times I exercised (if ever). Let me tell you this, I have a different food shopping style now because of him, he provided me with an excellent list of nutrition that will help me build my healthy body, and provide me with the most amount of essential vitamins. That was the first step as he said and as I believe. Then he started giving me some great all-over body exercises that made me work my butt off. Of course no pain, no gain. Moving forward to this day, I feel more energized everyday, and I'm living a totally different life-style. To make the story short because I can keep going on and on talking about Curtis for long, whether you're trying to loose weight or build muscle, or just want to feel better about your body, this professional trainer can help you do it, with great success.
That doesn't mean that it's all on him, no, you must have the WILL, the URGE to want to change your life-style and have a better, healthy body, and life. It's all up to you, either you act NOW, or waste time like I did before (which I regret) and keep postponing.
I just want to thank you again, Curtis for all the effort and time you spent to help me, and I wish you the best of luck and joy changing other people's lives too.
