Terms of Service

Show up, work hard, be cool to everyone. Cancel anytime — we earn your business every month.

Membership

Month-to-month only. No long-term contracts. You pay via PayPal subscription and can cancel at any time.

Payments are processed on the schedule you select at signup. You keep access through the end of your paid period.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing support@bootcampfx.com or managing your subscription directly in your PayPal dashboard.

No early termination fees.

Park Rules

• Respect Acacia Park and its other users.
• Leave the area cleaner than you found it. Pack out what you bring in.
• Be on time. Sessions start at the listed time.

Conduct

Support your fellow members. Follow coach instructions. Train hard but train smart. No ego, no drama.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if behavior disrupts the group or violates park rules.

Liability

See the full Waiver of Liability for details. By participating you acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor group fitness.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
